Intermountain Construction, Inc was founded in 1975 by Myrlin (Myrt) Ogden. From our humble beginnings building highway rest areas, HUD housing, and similar small public works projects, Intermountain grew to larger public works projects, commercial projects, and Federal Government projects.
In 1999, Myrt’s son, Jeff, moved into management and ownership and moved the company toward high-level projects in the private sector. These included stunning ski lodges and resort buildings, high-end office buildings, high-end residential complexes, and custom high-end homes in the Sun Valley, Idaho, and Jackson, Wyoming. After Jeff’s passing in 2010, his son Tyler stepped in to lead the company.
Under Tyler’s leadership, Intermountain Construction has become known for our strong relationships with our clients and subs and for our seamless execution of residential builds and remodels in the Wood River Valley.
